5. Payments & Billing

  • Domestic (Bangladesh) payments can be made via Bkash, Bank Transfer, or other approved gateways.

  • Delayed payments may result in project suspension or termination.

6. Confidentiality

YounkerIT ensures complete confidentiality for all client data, media assets, and strategic materials shared during the project lifecycle.
All information remains private and will never be shared with any third party without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

YounkerIT is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.

  • Third-party platform outages (Meta, Google, Shopify, etc.).

  • External API or plugin-related failures beyond our operational control.

Our total liability will not exceed the total project amount paid.

8. Revisions & Modifications

All service packages include a limited number of revisions as per the project scope.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate a project with written notice if:

  • The other party fails to fulfill contractual obligations.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Because YounkerIT operates from two primary locations — Bangladesh and the United States — the governing law will depend on the client’s point of engagement:

  • For clients contracting through YounkerIT Bangladesh, the applicable law shall be the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

  • For clients contracting through YounkerIT USA, the applicable law shall be the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas, Texas.

This dual jurisdiction ensures fairness and transparency for all international clients.
